Melbourne: Can they support 2 A-League teams? Empty Melbourne: Can they support 2 A-League teams?

A second melbourne team has been accepted for entry in next years comp. So that makes 2 teams is melbourne. Do you reckon they can do well? It will just take away form the crowds the Victory get, so it may be able to sustain being in the league but it isn't a great idea.

No they can't. Canberra should get one before they get a second.

Fair cop. Why should they get 2, when there are plenty of other places wanting teams, that have to wait?
