News: Points System

I've turned it on. There was an option for it. It is under your username as "Power Level (Points)"
Now, this brings with it new rules.

Do not post for the sake of raising your points.
The system is a privilege. If it is abused, it will be taken away.

Also, you'll notice that posting in some forums will add points, some will not affect it, and some will subtract points.
Don't try to document it, as I'll just change it.
